What's our "word of the year" project? Instead of choosing a New Year's resolution, we've decided to switch gears. By picking a "word of the year" we are goal setting in a much bigger, more meaningful way. Having one word that helps guide our year sets us up for success by giving us a word to set as our yearly theme. Hopefully we can grow out of the 9% of Americans that claim to keep their resolutions into a group of students that know how to set goals and achieve them.
